NICE inContact Interactions EMEA 2019 in review

PCI Pal was pleased to be part of NICE inContact Interactions EMEA 2019 last week, the first event of its kind in the United Kingdom.

InContact took over the impressive Cineworld complex at London’s O2 Arena on June 4-5, where PCI Pal was pleased to exhibit, join in on the conversations and attend sessions all based on improving customer experience, operational efficiency and ensuring compliance.

It was the second Interactions event attended by PCI Pal this year, with our US teams partaking as silver sponsors of the North America conference in Las Vegas.

The themes of the sessions this time around, led by industry experts and NICE customers, covered driving employee engagement, financial compliance, omnichannel experiences, customer feedback management, analytics and quality management, innovation in automation and AI, and contact centre recording, compliance and biometrics.

The contact centre sessions focused specifically on how ‘compliance in the cloud doesn’t have to be complicated’ something, of course, our teams know all too well. During the showcase sessions, we were able to offer advice and share best practice on achieving PCI Compliance within a range of verticals such as the leisure, public sector, utilities and retail sectors with our cloud-based solutions without compromising customer experience.
