Pritesh Parekh

Pritesh Parekh serves as PagerDuty's Chief Information Security Officer, where he leads efforts to secure the company’s technology, products, and infrastructure. He also oversees security support for corporate development, sales, compliance, and IT functions. With over 20 years of experience building and scaling enterprise security programs, Pritesh brings deep expertise in cloud security, DevSecOps, compliance, security engineering, and risk management across financial institutions, SaaS, and cloud providers. Prior to joining PagerDuty, he was Chief Trust and Security Officer and SVP of Engineering at Delphix, and held senior security leadership roles at Dell, Zuora, and ServiceNow. He holds seven U.S. patents for technology innovations and was named North America Information Security Executive of the Year in 2017. Pritesh earned a master’s degree in computer science and an MBA from California State University, Fresno.
