The next step

When I joined Axiomatics a year ago, I was excited about the opportunity ahead.

After all, in an age where workforces can work from anywhere and are truly global, countries and regions continue to establish privacy legislation, and hackers and other bad actors become more sophisticated in their approach, access control is an organizational imperative.

So, the need for authorization was great and getting greater by the day.

Axiomatics had really established this market with years of innovation and experience working on some of the most complex access challenges around. Joining the team put together by Babak Sadighi, a co-founder of the company, was a no-brainer.

In the last year, the need for authorization as part of a broader access control strategy has only grown.

In tandem, Axiomatics has grown, capitalizing on a strong corporate culture and identity as a vendor that understood the trajectory of the authorization market to put the right building blocks in place for strong growth. Babak’s vision of the opportunity to capitalize on our robust experience and industry knowledge to grow Axiomatics resulted in today’s announcement – that we’re ready to take the next step in our growth.

So…what does that next step look like?

I believe it goes beyond bringing a greater understanding of the value of authorization as part of broader organizational initiatives including Zero Trust.

Now, our goal is to work with partners and customers understand the practical steps necessary to make the promise of these initiatives a reality.

I believe this is the right time for organizations to implement authorization as part of their overall access control strategy. And I know that will look different for each organization, as what is required for a global enterprise in a highly-regulated industry will differ from what is needed by a mid-sized digital company whose data and processes live entirely in the cloud.

I think this is the right moment for Axiomatics, for a number of reasons.

This is the right moment for Axiomatics because I believe our team is uniquely qualified to help organizations understand their readiness to deploy a fine-grained access control (FGAC) solution and the steps necessary to ensure their deployment is successful.

Though this sounds straightforward, we hear from many customers and partners that authorization projects can be fraught, as more often than not, organizations don’t know where to begin or set unrealistic goals for success.

This is the right moment for Axiomatics because this company puts customer success and satisfaction at the forefront of everything we do. It’s why many of our customers have been with us for a number of years – a rare feat for a cybersecurity company.

This is the right moment for Axiomatics because the culture and foundation Babak has built make this company unique. Axiomatics team members are passionate, skilled and thoughtful about how best to achieve success for our customers and partners.

I’m grateful to be able to continue to benefit from his experience and expertise as he continues to work alongside customers and partners as our Head of Strategy and as a member of our Board of Directors.

It’s an honor to lead Axiomatics into this next phase of growth.

For our customers and partners, I look forward to continuing to work with you as we determine the best way to meet your current and future authorization needs.
