A colleague of mine recently alerted me to a white paper she read about the competitive advantage of real-time.

The concept of “real-time” remains a hot topic, and I can appreciate the value of this material, especially since it was featured on Vanilla Plus, a leading telecom content platform that I find quite insightful.

Although the paper appeared generally to be enterprise-focused, many parts of it were relevant to communication service providers (CSPs). Additionally, compared to other professional material that I’m used to reading, it was interesting that this white paper didn’t feel the need to dive into security, which is so vitally important to most of us in the industry.
