Supporting business continuity during the COVID-19 pandemic

At Menlo, we believe that providing security without compromise is second only to our customer’s and employee’s personal safety and health. So I wanted to share details about our commitment to maintaining service continuity.

Menlo’s cloud-based, elastic architecture and distributed data center approach are designed to operate without any service disruptions. As such, we do not foresee any impact on the delivery of the Menlo Security service due to COVID-19. Our Disaster Preparedness Team is monitoring the situation, and as always, we are committed to keeping our service up and running for our customers around the globe.

As a cloud-native company with a global team and flexible, remote workforce, we are prepared to virtually manage business continuity challenges. Thanks in part to our own technology, Menlo employees and contractors are already able to securely work from anywhere and have access to the resources and tools they need to do their jobs. Our business continuity planning is also intended to ensure we will have open channels for timely communications with our customers, employees, and other stakeholders.
