Idaptive Gives Back
With the holiday season upon us, Idaptive is feeling especially grateful. During this season and all year round, we believe in giving back to the local communities.
Thanksgiving is just around the corner and Idaptive is feeling especially grateful! We are grateful for being consistently ranked highly by analysts, by our customers, and our employees. We are also grateful for the opportunity to be part of an incredibly talented team that believes in working together to create value for stakeholders.
At Idaptive, we are always exploring ways in which we can share this feeling of gratitude and appreciation by giving back to our local communities. We have always believed in impact locally – the feeling of connection and satisfaction that comes with working personally and at close hand with local communities.
Through the year our teams collaborated in different ways towards our pledge of “Fighting Hunger.” It is a sad irony to see so much hunger co-exist alongside one of the largest concentrations of wealth anywhere in the world. A place buzzing with technology is unable to find a solution to the thousands of families that go to sleep every day on an empty stomach. At Idaptive, we want to ensure that we can contribute in different ways to feed the hungry and the poor. While the goal is to ensure no one in the community goes to bed hungry, we are especially committed towards ensuring no child is deprived of a meal. Our partnerships with Second Harvest Food Bank and Utah Food Bank have helped us contribute in different ways towards our pledge of “Fighting Hunger.”
Our food drives in Santa Clara and Utah earlier in the year were hugely successful. We managed to collect over 200 pounds of food and cash donations as a surplus in partnerships with Second Harvest food Bank in California and Utah Food Bank in Utah. Idaptive team members individually packed over 10,000 meals with “Feeding Children Everywhere,” and sorted and packed 12,250 pounds of fruit with Second Harvest of Silicon Valley to be distributed to local families in need within our community.
This Thanksgiving we have launched the 2019 Holiday Wish Drive in partnership with the Family Giving Tree. Gifts collected through this initiative will help bring joy and happiness to children in need – the best way to usher in the Thanksgiving Week and the Holiday season.
This is just the beginning of our journey towards building strong partnerships with local communities. As we grow and expand our footprints, we will continue to work towards better, more caring world where people can reach out to each other for help and support.
