Ken Kato Ken Kato, CSO at Kindo, has a decade of experience across defense and intelligence communities. He served two administrations as a White House Presidential Innovation Fellow where he was a contributor to the Office of Science, Technology and Policy’s Blueprint for an AI Bill of Rights. There he also contributed to Executive Order 14110 on Safe, Secure, and Trustworthy Artificial Intelligence. He was also the founder of Black Pearl, one of the pillars of the US Navy’s DevOps platform, and the co-founder of Kessel Run, bringing DevSecOps to the US Air Force.
