Elizabeth Harz is CEO of Awareness Technologies, a SaaS company that enables organizations and families to be productive and safe. Awareness develops leading security, monitoring and productivity solutions for the home and office, operating award-winning brands including InterGuard, Veriato, ScreenTime, and WebWatcher. Prior to Awareness, Elizabeth was CEO of Sittercity where she built a world class team, improved the platform, got the company to profitability and sold to Bright Horizons in August of 2020. Her earlier roles included President and CMO of ADARA, driving marketing strategy and accelerating revenue growth, building the marketing services business at Chegg and Senior Vice President of Media at Electronic Arts managing sales, marketing, and operations globally. Elizabeth is passionate about aiming high, assembling and enabling great teams, delivering results, and laughing a lot along the way. She lives in New Jersey with her husband, two daughters and rescue pup.
