Alex Thaman

Alex Thaman, Chief Technology Officer at Andesite, has been a software engineer for 20 years, serving in leadership roles at Microsoft, Unity Software and Scale AI. While at Microsoft, his role was heavily focused on next-generation devices and artificial intelligence, where he worked on speech platforms like voice-to-text across Microsoft devices (such as Xbox Kinect). He is an expert in computer vision, having developed and led engineering and product teams that worked to simplify the creation of synthetic data to train and test computer vision models.
