A more intuitive “tasks” experience

A frequent issue many users experienced was the confusion around different lists of tasks that they were expected to complete. We agree – tasks have a new experience in TrustCloud – now users have access to ‘my tasks’ and admins have access to ‘all tasks’ which contain all the tasks that are relevant to a program. Tasks will still be intelligently prioritized, making it much easier for everyone on your team to know what to work on next.

Introducing collection periods for evidence uploads

TrustCloud’s latest update to evidence management is designed to streamline continuous control monitoring allowing admins and control owners to clearly see what audit period each report/piece of evidence belongs to. If you have a control being tested quarterly, you can clearly see 4 collection periods in a year and choose which ones to contribute evidence too. This quality of life improvement is sure to make evidence review and internal audits a breeze!

Improve the accuracy of your assessments by modeling your risk surface

Tired of justifying why a risk is low, medium or high? Confused on how to accurately determine the impact of a risk? TrustCloud now allows you to connect any vulnerability, asset, incident, application, vendor, policy, or document to a risk. With risk inventories, you can better model your risk surface making assessments more accurate. Navigate to the risk details page and click on the risk surface to get started!

New ‘On Hold’ status for vendors

You can now add “On Hold” status to the vendor along with “Active” and “Disabled.” You can now directly mark the vendor as “On hold” from the vendor details page. “On Hold” is typically used to mark Vendors/Products that may have started an initial assessment but never went live in production but there is a likelihood that the assessment may resume at a later time.

An updated email notification

When a user is assigned as vendor owner, they will receive an email notification to let them know that the vendor is assigned to them to begin assessments
