Rahul Tyagi

Rahul Tyagi is the CEO and Founder of SECQAI, a London-based leader in quantum security solutions. In 2021, Rahul co-founded SECQAI alongside Satyam Gandhi, with the mission of addressing the emerging cybersecurity threats posed by quantum computing. Recognised globally for its innovative leadership, SECQAI is the only Silicon Chip provider for Post Quantum Cryptography (PQC), selected for the NATO DIANA programme and included in the UK Chips Strategy under Chipstart. Rahul’s strategic vision drives SECQAI’s development in quantum-secure hardware, vital for protecting critical national infrastructure and the global IoT market in the quantum era. Rahul’s expertise spans across cybersecurity, vulnerability analysis, and hardware-based attack vectors. He has previously developed and red-teamed access authentication systems for UK Health Providers, and continues to lead efforts in creating quantum-resistant semiconductors. Under his guidance, SECQAI integrates advanced technologies like Quantum Machine Learning (QML) to develop resilient solutions for both defense and commercial applications. He holds two quantum patents related to random number generation related to quantum effects and has filed another patent for a novel deployment of neuromorphic compute. His work not only addresses theoretical challenges but actively shapes the future of secure semiconductors and system-on-chip solutions. With a BScT in Theoretical Physics from Imperial College London and completion of the Stanford Innovation and Global Management (SIGM) programme, Rahul blends technical depth with an innovative mindset. His efforts to combat potential attack vectors, such as side-channel attacks and hardware tampering, have established him as a thought leader in the post-quantum cybersecurity. A frequent speaker on data security and AI development, Rahul is a recognised innovator, shaping the future of quantum-secure hardware, while advancing SECQAI’s mission to dominate in post-quantum cryptography and IoT security.
