Introducing DataDome Audit Trail

At DataDome, our customers are our top priority—so when you requested a way to track changes made in the DataDome dashboard, we got right to work making it happen.

We understand that sometimes, several people need to work together to solve problems, especially when it comes to protecting your website, mobile app, and/or API from threats. We also know how helpful an easily accessible change log can be for teams trying to keep track of adjustments made to important bot and online fraud protection settings. Therefore, we are happy to announce the newest feature in our dashboard: audit trail!

Audit Trail: Track All Changes Made to Your DataDome Settings

DataDome’s audit trail tool helps you track any actions taken on your account, so you can easily understand what changes have been made in order to prevent or repair any misconfigurations. With the audit trail, you can see who made changes and what changed within the change log—which is particularly useful for critical events like the addition of custom rules.

The audit trail feature comes with two years of event history at a glance. Many DataDome customers have shared that this feature will enhance the ability to conduct due diligence within our dashboard.

Explore DataDome Audit Trail Now

Audit trail is now generally available for enterprise plan customers and admin users only. You can access the feature by clicking Management at the bottom of the left-side menu in the portal, and then clicking Audit Trail in the top menu.

You can also view changes made by a specific user within Management by clicking Users in the top menu, selecting (…) in the Actions column under the user’s name, and then clicking View User Activity.
