Hey there, I’m Neal Belshoff, the Sales Development Manager at Swimlane. I live in Berthoud, Colorado which is outside of Denver. I have two children – my son is Weston, he’s six, and my daughter Daria is three. I am originally from Louisville and Lexington Kentucky but have lived in Colorado for half of my life.

How long have you been with Swimlane?

I’ve been at Swimlane for 4.5 years.

What does your job entail?

My job is managing a team of SDRs around the world and helping to create sales pipeline for the company.

What do you enjoy most about working at Swimlane?

I have always liked working for Colorado-based companies. The culture, camaraderie, and people make Swimlane a great place to work.

What excites you most about your work?

I love seeing young sales professionals develop and grow their careers.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working?

I’m always doing activities with my family. This summer we have had some great camping trips. (Also, I like to go hiking with my wife when the kids are with the grandparents.)

What’s a fun fact about you many people may not know?

I go by my middle name which is Neal, my first name is Christopher.

My personal mantra is: Kaizen or “continuous improvement”.
