A Day For Me: Living Our Values

ForgeRock Announces Collective Day Off

Since joining ForgeRock a little over a month ago, I have seen first hand the dedication and passion our people have to make our vision of a world where you never login again a reality. It is this commitment that has helped ForgeRockers adjust to a new way of work while enabling us to react quickly to the changing needs of our customers. And while our company values of Taking Ownership and delivering Passion with Purpose are core to our success, we’re also focused on recognizing another value during this time: Balance Matters.

Balance Matters

Work-life balance is crucial to our employee well-being and the success of our customers. Over the last year, we’ve made mental health workshops available companywide and our Thrive Employee Resource Group (ERG) encouraged ForgeRockers to get outdoors and focus on their physical health by organizing activities to get people moving. These programs are designed to help our people nurture what helps them thrive as individuals while we all learn how to adjust to today’s challenges.

We’re committed to providing ForgeRockers with the support and resources they need to stay healthy and energized. We’re building on that foundation by recognizing World Mental Health Day on October 10. In support of our employees’ well-being, I’m excited to announce that this Friday is A Day For Me.

A Day for Me is designed to give all ForgeRockers a day off to focus on themselves, family, friends or their passions — anything but work. And while the primary focus is to help people recharge, the day is also a way to show employees that we appreciate their efforts after an especially significant year.

Fostering a supportive environment for our employees is embedded into our culture and at the core of our values. To learn more about life at ForgeRock, click here.
