Major European bank relies on Acunetix to efficiently automate web application security efforts

The banking sector pays extra attention to web application security due to being a popular target of criminal organizations specializing in cybercrime. Since commercial banks must keep up with the times as much as possible to remain competitive, many of their legacy applications are now cloud-based web apps. As a result of such progress, web application attack surface requires special attention.

One of our customers is a major Spanish bank serving nearly 18 million customers.
