Iceberg Networks positioned to extend world-class Risk and Security Intelligence to the Globe
Iceberg Networks, a ServiceNow Elite Partner, the 2021 Global Premier Partner of the Year, and the 2021 Americas Premier Partner of the Year announced today it will join forces with Highmetric and Fishbone Analytics to create a global full service consultancy, to bring exceptional customer experiences and business outcomes across the ServiceNow Platform.
By joining the new Highmetric group, Iceberg will be part of the network of Gryphon Investors, a San Francisco-based private equity firm that today also announced the acquisition of the ServiceNow division of Highmetric and Fishbone Analytics. As part of the transaction, Matt Stoyka is joining the new Highmetric group as CEO and Den Roenfeldt will become Executive Chair. Mr. Stoyka has over 20 years of experience in both the technology services and manufacturing industries and most recently served as the Chief Solutions Officer and Chief Relationship Officer at Rackspace Technology. Mr. Roenfeldt was most recently a Deloitte Consulting Senior Principal and served as the Global Lead Client Services Partner for ServiceNow’s business across the firm.
