RSA Conference 2021 Goes Fully Virtual

To the RSAC Community,

When we announced that RSA Conference was moving from February to May 2021, we shared that public health and safety were our top priorities. While we were optimistic that moving RSA Conference 2021 to a later date would enable us to host a physical event with a virtual component, the evolving state of the pandemic coupled with the uncertainty about bringing an event together the size of RSA Conference, made us reconsider that plan. To that end, we’re announcing that RSAC 2021 is pivoting to a fully virtual experience.
A tremendous amount of thought and analysis went into this decision and we wanted to share this shift to 100% virtual as quickly as possible. Many of our sponsors, partners and attendees are making their 2021 business plans right now – and we want them to be in the best possible position to make informed decisions and to properly plan.

For the last 30 years RSAC has been the convening authority for the cybersecurity industry; Where the World Talks Security. We have a long-standing commitment to bringing our community together and delivering top notch educational content. That commitment will not change. Although we’re disappointed not to host RSAC physically next year we aim to deliver a stellar virtual experience that reflects what the community has come to expect from RSA Conference, and we’re excited to share it with a broader audience. One of the many things we learned from hosting RSAC 2020 APJ is that virtual events are more accessible to our global community.

We’re looking forward to embracing this opportunity to deliver a digital-first experience. Our rich educational content will cover 20 tracks, and you’ll see 300+ sessions with keynotes and partner seminars and sponsor briefings as well as interactive and traditional sessions. RSAC 2021 will include many of our feature programs like Innovation Sandbox Contest, Capture the Flag events, Birds of a Feather, opportunities for our attendees to connect with each other, an expansive Sponsor Resource Center and much more.

In the spirit of next year’s Conference theme, Resilience, we have no doubt that RSAC will carry on its 30-year tradition of bringing the community together in a meaningful way and inspiring the top experts in cybersecurity to tackle the industry’s challenges head-on.
