PCI Pal® receives G-Cloud 12 certification

PCI Pal®, the global provider of cloud-based secure payment solutions, has today announced its confirmation as a G-Cloud 12 certified provider, in the UK Government’s digital marketplace.

Operated by the Crown Commercial Service, G-Cloud enables public sector bodies to easily and cost-effectively procure services in a number of different cloud technology categories. The agreement can be used by organisations across the UK’s public sector including central government, local government, health, education, emergency services, defence and not-for-profit organisations.

The organisation’s secure payment solutions, PCI Pal Agent Assist and PCI Pal IVR are both listed within the G-Cloud 12 ‘Cloud Software’ category.  PCI Pal’s globally-accessible cloud platform empowers public sector organisations to take Cardholder Not Present (CNP) payments securely, without bringing their environments into scope of PCI DSS and other card payment data security rules and regulations.

In addition, PCI Pal provides an omnichannel solution, PCI Pal Digital, so organisations can handle payments securely via telephone, IVR or across digital channels including Webchat, Whatsapp, Social Media, Email and SMS.

Dominic Newman, VP, Sales EMEA  PCI Pal said: “With many organisations continuing to operate remotely, ensuring a consistent and secure payments service is vital – particularly as we are reading about an increase in cyberattacks,  taking advantage of compliance gaps.  We make sure that organisations are not faced with this issue when handling Cardholder Not Present payments.

“With our solution being truly cloud-based, we can deploy our solutions remotely, with no requirement to install any on-premise applications, which our customers have found hugely advantageous, particularly over recent months.”
