Thycotic’s commitment to customers during the COVID-19 emergency

At Thycotic, the health and safety of our employees, customers and partners is a top priority. We recognize the concern that our customers may have in the wake of the COVID-19 outbreak.

Last year Thycotic underwent a rigorous process to obtain ISO 27001 certification. Established by the International Standards Organization, the standard requires the certification of an organization’s information security management controls for areas such as business continuity and data security. The certification extends to every level of our organization’s information technology infrastructure stack, including asset management, access control, human resource security, and application security.

In the fourth quarter of 2019, we performed a comprehensive Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity exercise which allowed us to test, document and improve how we at Thycotic would respond to such events such as outages, natural disasters, pandemics, etc. In addition, it is important for our cloud services customers to remember that our cloud services are hosted in Microsoft Azure’s and Amazon Web Services’ data centers.  Both providers are extensively tested and very resilient.

We are taking proactive measures to ensure the health and safety of our employees.  You can rest assured that our continuity plans are designed to ensure the highest levels of continued service availability and support for our all of our products and services.
