Bitglass Sales Kick-Off – Fun, Concise, and Effective!

Over the last 18 years, I have been to more than 40 SKO events in cybersecurity for numerous companies as either a sponsor or an attendee. Bitglass has certainly raised the bar with its emphasis on company culture and the importance of teamwork. As the company continues to rapidly expand, its commitment to foster a strong workforce was easily seen through this past SKO’s activities.

During the event, there were partner presentations from Zscaler, Digital Guardian, and Cylance. They spoke on our strategic partnerships we are pursuing to further our mission and also demonstrated the level of cohesiveness between our products. The goal of the event was to disperse critical content in an efficient and productive manner and Bitglass did a great job at keeping all attendees engaged and focused throughout all of the presentations. 

Additionally, during the SKO event, we made sure to have some fun playing bocce, eating BBQ, and acknowledging those that have exceeded company expectations at the world-famous restaurant: The Cats. Team bonding games also helped bring together the sales team in a collaborative manner and strengthen bonds even more. Activities like these are just a snippet of the fun that occurred throughout the two day event. Great job from the Bitglass sales and marketing teams for an outstanding event and a big thank you to our partners for helping spread the word. 

Lastly, kudos to the Bitglass team members for coming in from all over the world to learn and leave with an excitement to go win the market!
