RSA 2019: Witnessing How The World Is Changing

What does it mean to change the world?

It’s happening all around us, every day, in research labs and hospitals, at universities, in startups and established tech companies. These changes come thanks to software that is pushing entire industries forward to new advancements, better insights and greater efficiencies. Because of software, the way the world looks today is drastically different from 10 or 15 years ago. This view of the world will continue to change years from now as the pace of innovation only accelerates.

At the same time, new threat vectors appear, and new languages and frameworks change how we create software, causing cyberattacks to evolve and become more sophisticated. The security of software is just as critical as the function of the software itself.

At RSA Conference 2019 taking place this week, Veracode’s commitment to our customers is simple and consequential: you change the world, we’ll secure it.

We want the companies we collaborate with to have the confidence to deploy software that will change our world because they’ve used the Veracode platform to secure their software. The need for application security has grown more acute because the application layer is one of the most targeted threat vectors in data breaches.

Securing software as it is developed can help improve security and reduce risk at every company. It’s not simply a best practice, but an imperative for modern businesses.

We’re so excited for this year’s conference – we can’t wait to talk to our customers, partners, peers and other show attendees about the Veracode platform and our vision for the future. I hope you’ll stop by Veracode’s booth, N6161 in the North Expo Hall at the Moscone Center, for a chat. We have fantastic demos of our full suite of solutions, including Software Composition Analysis, Veracode Greenlight and newly revamped Dynamic Analysis along with unique giveaways and even some surprises you won’t see anywhere else on the show floor.
