As of April 10, I stepped into the CEO role at Contrast with a track record that includes growing businesses from an early stage to more than $1 billion in revenues. I take a disciplined approach to inculcate a strategy into organizations, to build operating rhythms that drive accountability and to hire teams that embody a high-growth mindset in order to scale the business.
