Time to Celebrate a Sensational Year of the ZeroNorth Brand and Vulnerability Discovery Orchestration… and Give Back

Happy Birthday! Exactly one year ago, the ZeroNorth brand was born as the industry’s first provider of risk-based vulnerability orchestration across applications and infrastructure. Building on the foundation of technology innovation developed over several years, ZeroNorth set out on a path to reinvent the way companies think about vulnerability management and application security.

In the midst of everything going on, why does this matter? Because, in the words of one investor, ZeroNorth “makes it possible for organizations to have both fast and secure production software—something that was considered incompatible before.”

We couldn’t have gotten here without our customers, partners and employees. In just a year, ZeroNorth has furthered its momentum by doubling our customer base, increasing annual recurring revenue by more than 300% and growing our headcount by the same.  We gained the support of new customers, including Bidpath, while also building strategic partnerships with CyberProof, a UST Global Company, and Raytheon. And we culminated our first year as ZeroNorth with a new round of Series A+ funding, allowing us to continue empowering businesses in their efforts to build trusted software.

Celebrate With Us By Giving Back

FamilyAid BostonIn honor of our first birthday, we’re thrilled to give back to the community by making a corporate contribution to Family Aid Boston, an incredibly valuable local resource for homeless children and families around the area. As an organization, they empower parents and caregivers facing homelessness to secure and sustain housing, while building strong foundations for the future of their children.

In the wake of COVID 19, Family Aid Boston is now distributing food and supplies every week to more than 1,200 children and parents confronting homelessness, who—without school or work—don’t have resources for even the basics. Now more than ever, Family Aid Boston is truly about saving lives. We hope you’ll join us in supporting Family Aid Boston by learning more or making your own donation.

Looking Towards a Bright Future

New funding and growth are great professional milestones, but they’re also notable for the industry at large. Securing software has never been more important, but it’s also never been more challenging. Development and security teams don’t have to be pushed apart by the need for speed. With the help of orchestration across the software development lifecycle (SDLC), security teams can finally rise to the challenge and speed of DevOps.

Our momentum over the past year signals how organizations are embracing digital transformation initiatives—via DevOps, the Cloud and microservices—without leaving security behind. And though the world looks quite different than it did just 12 months ago, some things haven’t changed, such as the need to roll out vulnerability-free code at speed or the value of a real-time, comprehensive view of the risks inherent in software and infrastructure. Our mission to provide security and risk leaders with innovation in vulnerability orchestration and analytics—to accelerate application security, deliver continuous risk visibility and power secure digital transformation—remains the same.

But we’re not resting on our laurels. ZeroNorth has added functionality to increase breadth and depth, as well as introduced a packaged offering for rapid application security. And we will continue to enhance and innovate orchestration as a way to ensure our work can make a difference in the lives of others.

Thank you again to our employees, customers, investors and partners. Without you, we wouldn’t be where we are today. And as we enter our second year, the ZeroNorth team couldn’t be more excited about the future.
