Dr. May Wang Dr. May Wang is the chief technology officer (CTO) of the internet of things (IoT) security at Palo Alto Networks. Her focus area is AI in cybersecurity. She belongs to the 1% of female leaders in C-Suite roles within the cybersecurity field and has over 20 years of experience in the industry. Prior to her current CTO role, May co-founded an AI-powered IoT security company Zingbox, which was acquired by Palo Alto Networks in 2019. Before Zingbox, she was a principal architect in the Cisco CTO Office. May received her Ph.D. from Stanford University in Electrical Engineering.
