Throughout 2020, Avast Business made significant investments towards developing this next generation security platform in collaboration with its customers and partners. The Business Hub is the quantum leap forward in functionality, usability, and productivity – for each and every user. 

  • Fast and easy to use: The Business Hub features a lightning fast and modern UI that’s intuitive and easy to use for increased productivity and faster monitoring and deployments.
  • Mobile interface: Responsive design that works great on mobile phones and tablets. Compliant with the latest accessibility standards (coming soon!).
  • Enhanced reporting: Schedule reports in batches or as a single report across multiple customers/sites. Includes new billing report.
  • RMM Integrations: Leading remote monitoring and professional services automation (RMM) offer the security, efficacy, ease of management, and cost savings that MSPs need to protect their clients.
  • APIs: Coming soon to support your workflows and help you streamline operations.

…and much, much more. We can’t wait for you to experience what this next generation platform has to offer. 

While we are excited to open up this new chapter with the Business Hub, it also means saying goodbye to Avast Business CloudCare. After 8 great years with our legacy console, we felt it was time to introduce a more modern, innovative platform for our customers and partners, one with enhanced security, functionality, and capabilities. 

To this end, the Avast Business CloudCare Security platform will retire at the end of the year, on December 31, 2021.

This year, the Business Hub will become our primary security platform, and we’re 100% committed to ensuring it continuously evolves with new features and services. Furthermore, we will soon be announcing an upgrade path for all our CloudCare partners and customers, to make the process as seamless as possible. Rest assured, we will provide as much visibility into what you can expect during the platform upgrade process, along with a dedicated migration team to help you every step of the way. What happens with CloudCare from now until the end-of-life date?

In order for us to focus on our next generation platform and continue innovating, CloudCare will go under maintenance mode, effective immediately. This means that no additional features or enhancements will be made to the platform or security services. However, we will continue to support critical bugs through December 31, 2021. Please review some key milestones in the table below.

End-of-life date 

“End-of-Life” refers to a product that Avast Business has identified as being at the end of its useful life, and product sales and support have been, or are being, discontinued for it.

December 31, 2021

End-of-support date 

“End-of-Support” refers to the date on which Avast Business stopped, or will stop, providing technical support for CloudCare.

December 31, 2021

Upgrade path

“Upgrade Path” means the suggested Avast Business product replacement for the End-of-Life product.

Upgrades will begin in Q1 2021 and continue throughout Q2 – Q4 2021
