CISO Master Class - The Essential CISO - Our CISO Master Class Lightning in a Bottle series wraps up as we connect the dots from episodes one through five. Co-hosts Mitch Ashley and Mat Newfield are joined by our cybersecurity expert panelists to discuss the agility that CISOs must possess, how to stop playing whack-a-mole, striving during continuous change and the vital communication skills necessary both internally within the C- and B-suite and external to the organization. The panel delves into the importance of learning about the business, the reality that no plan is either up-to-date or perfect and new approaches to incident response approaches when security incidents occur (and they will!).
