Headline-grabbing data breaches are starting to become the norm, making security leaders second-guess the approaches they use to protect their organizations. These alarming increases in cyber threats are fueled by the COVID-19 pandemic, cloud adoption rates, and unfortunately, the continued use of legacy security measures that fail to identify threats and protect networks. As a response to this paradigm shift, security leaders are increasingly adopting a Zero Trust approach as a way to overcome the challenges of an expanded attack surface presented by the anywhere, anytime workforce. Once considered a security framework that focused on securing identities, Zero Trust now extends into solving the malware problem nearly every enterprise faces.
Additionally, as an answer to securing the perimeter less enterprise of the future, the adoption of Secure Access Service Edge (SASE) architecture is on the rise. But there is still some confusion surrounding the relationship between taking a Zero Trust approach and implementing a SASE architecture.
During this insightful discussion, Menlo Security experts Mark Guntrip and Jonathan Lee will tackle these questions and set the record straight:
You’ve probably written a hundred abstracts in your day, but have you come up with a template that really seems to resonate? Go back through your past webinar inventory and see what events produced the most registrants. Sure – this will vary by topic but what got their attention initially was the description you wrote.
Paint a mental image of the benefits of attending your webinar. Often times this can be summarized in the title of your event. Your prospects may not even make it to the body of the message, so get your point across immediately. Capture their attention, pique their interest, and push them towards the desired action (i.e. signing up for your event). You have to make them focus and you have to do it fast. Using an active voice and bullet points is great way to do this.
Always add key takeaways. Something like this....In this session, you’ll learn about:
