Join a Fireside Chat

JumpCloud CEO Rajat Bhargava and CTO Greg Keller are hosting fireside chats throughout November and December to share JumpCloud’s product vision and highlight exciting investment areas on the 2021 product roadmap. We encourage all customers to participate in these interactive sessions to learn more about how JumpCloud will support your future needs and provide feedback.

New Funding Drives More Product Investment

JumpCloud’s recent $75 million in funding brings our total investment to $165M. What does that mean for you? New product features and deeper capabilities in existing functionality. 2021 will include a focus on advancements that support a Zero Trust security model by providing secure, frictionless user access to corporate IT resources through a trusted identity, trusted device, and trusted network.

Learn more about how the JumpCloud Directory Platform can enable Zero Trust security in your organization in our upcoming webinar on December 17 at 11:30 a.m. EST.

Coming Soon: Windows MDM & macOS Zero-Touch Enrollment

Keeping data safe is one of IT’s biggest challenges. JumpCloud is committed to making it easier for Admins to securely manage devices regardless of OS. We are adding significant new functionality to the JumpCloud platform, including Windows MDM and macOS zero-touch enrollment for instant employee productivity as soon as they unbox their Mac.

Learn more about JumpCloud’s rapidly expanding device management functionality and get an early look at the new features coming soon by attending JumpCloud’s product roadmap webinar on December 8 at 11:30 a.m. EST.

Coming Soon: Force User Password Change at Login

To simplify user experience, reduce the risk of account lockout, and ensure compliance, JumpCloud will soon ship updates to support the forced change of user passwords upon logon. Admins can either explicitly force a user to change their password upon a next login to their User Portal or macOS or Windows device, or automatically force them to do so when their password expires.
