PCI Pal® receives double-shortlisting in the 2020 Card and Payment Awards
PCI Pal®, the secure payments provider to contact centres, has been announced as a finalist in the 2020 Card and Payments Awards in two categories; Best Security or Anti-Fraud Development and Best Achievement in Retail Payments.
Now in its 15th year, the Card and Payments Awards recognise excellence and innovation in the UK and Irish card and payments industries. Each year many eligible organisations compete for one of the prestigious awards, which are judged by an independent panel of industry experts.
PCI Pal’s Agent Assist payment security solution is the focus of each entry, demonstrating how it supports organisations – both nationally and internationally – to securely handle Cardholder Not Present payments within contact centre environments. By using DTMF masking technology, organisations securely transact payments, while also complying with the PCI DSS guidelines.
Jane Goodayle, VP Global Marketing for PCI Pal said, “This year has seen our Agent Assist solution recognised with many industry accolades and we are all delighted to now be shortlisted in not one but two categories at the annual Card and Payment Awards. We’re looking forward to the award ceremony in the New Year.”
The winners for the Card and Payments Awards will be revealed February 6th 2020 at the London Marriott Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane, London. The full shortlist is available to download here: https://www.cardandpaymentsawards.com/download/#
