PCI Pal launches new global Partner Program

PCI Pal, the secure payments provider to contact centres, has today announced the launch of a new global Partner Program, which underpins the company’s strategic ‘partner first’ channel approach.

Designed to provide unrivalled opportunities for PCI Pal’s channel partners, the program enables firms to offer proven PCI compliance solutions to customers across the globe. This is backed-up by robust sales and product training, marketing toolkits and comprehensive technical support, to ensure every implementation is a success for all involved.

Partners will be fully supported in integrating PCI Pal’s payment security solutions into their overall product and service propositions, enabling them to provide their customers with a best-in-breed solution for securely handling Cardholder Not Present payments in contact centre environments.  Together with PCI Pal’s globally accessible cloud platform, partners are enabled to deliver proven PCI compliance solutions in all regions, including North America, EMEA, and ANZ.

Typically partners include carriers, VARs, payment providers, CCaaS and UCaaS vendors, and service providers selling voice, wireless and customer engagement solutions.

Darren Gill, Chief Revenue Officer at PCI Pal said, “Payment security, cybersecurity and PCI compliance remains high on boardroom agendas across the world. Organisations are focused on safeguarding customer data in order to avoid data breaches and any associated financial penalties or reputational damage that may follow.  The market for PCI compliant solutions therefore continues to expand globally*.

“Through our Program, partners will have access to a consistent model that allows them to grow with us. We have formulated extensive sales and product training resources, alongside exceptional marketing and sales tools, and reliable technical support, which we will provide in collaboration with our partners to ensure mutual success for all involved.”

The partner program is categorised in three levels: Referral Partner, Solution Provider Partner and Integrated Partner.

As an existing partner of PCI Pal, Olga Lykova, RVP of Alliances, North America of Vonage said, “PCI compliance is important for clients of ours who are handling sensitive card payments – by working in partnership with PCI Pal, we help them fully manage and meet the very latest data security standards, backed by PCI Pal’s range of solutions and its team of specialists.”

Andrew Davies, Products Development and Strategy Director of Pay360 – part of Capita Software added: “PCI Pal has further enhanced our strong portfolio of PCI solutions by providing a fully assisted service for customers taking telephone payments. PCI Pal’s technology is all cloud-based and compatible with the latest advances in VoIP telephony. This enables Pay360 to offer unrivalled choice when it comes to safeguarding our customers’ sensitive financial data.”
