Here at JumpCloud®, we strive to put the interests of our customers at the forefront of everything we do. That’s why we have waived the $100 minimum fee for monthly paid accounts. As always, your first 10 users remain free, but now, organizations of any size can leverage everything JumpCloud has to offer at an affordable price.
What Does This Mean?
Originally, once an account’s first ten users were filled, that account was charged at a flat rate of $100 a month for additional users up to 20 total users. Companies in this 11 to 20 user range were being charged the monthly minimum, instead of what their total user count dictated. This model put a damper on these smaller-sized companies’ ability to leverage JumpCloud Directory-as-a-Service® as they wished.
With identity security more important than ever and control over IT resources an ongoing imperative, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for any organization to use our cloud directory service. Now, starting at 11 users, all monthly paid accounts will be charged on a per user basis, no matter how many users. At 100+ users, you can explore our volume pricing options by contacting a sales representative.
What Does This Apply To?
The elimination of minimum fees is effective immediately across all of our product tiers for monthly accounts. This includes our new One Protocol pricing option as well. For those unfamiliar with the One Protocol option, we now offer an a la carte version of Directory-as-a-Service. Now, your organization can leverage one of our three main protocols, LDAP, SAML, or RADIUS-as-a-Service, for a special discounted price. Customers that opt to purchase the One Protocol pricing option also get the full functionality of our AD Bridge, as well as G Suite™ and Office 365™ account integration. However, it should be noted that the One Protocol Pricing does NOT include system management.
Of course, the waiving of minimum fees also applies to the Professional tier of Directory-as-a-Service, meaning you can use the entirety of the JumpCloud suite for an affordable price. This (Read more...)
