Washington, D.C. – April 2, 2018 – Thycotic, a provider of privileged account management (PAM) solutions for more than 7,500 organizations worldwide, announced today that CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has given Thycotic a 5-Star rating in its 2018 Partner Program Guide. This annual guide is the definitive listing of partner programs from technology vendors that provide products and services through the IT channel. The 5-Star Partner Program Guide rating recognizes an elite subset of companies that offer solution providers the best partnering elements in their channel programs.
To determine the 2018 5-Star ratings, The Channel Company’s research team assessed each vendor’s partner program based on investments in program offerings, partner profitability, partner training, education and support, marketing programs and resources, sales support and communication.
“Thycotic’s channel is comprised of a considerable network of cybersecurity partners that understand the unique needs of our mutual customers,” said Bob Gagnon, Vice President of Channels at Thycotic and eight-time Channel Chief Award recipient. “Our select group of cultivated security focused partners need to understand the unique capabilities of our solutions, and this is exactly why the Thycotic channel program has evolved to what is today – agile, resourceful and lucrative.”
Key tenets of the Thycotic Partner Program include:
- SLA’s and KPI’s centered on the partner experience with serious effort for continuous improvement to help bring the right resources to bear at the most opportune times.
- Frictionless access to resources such as training, technology, tools and marketing funds that set the program apart from others and the primary reason why Solution Providers like working with Thycotic.
- The Thycotic Rewards Incentive Program places emphasis higher up the sales funnel thereby fostering collaboration earlier in the customer’s buying journey bringing insights and assistance where needed and as requested by partners.
“Finding the right technology vendor to partner with can be a daunting task, given the vast array of choices now available to solution providers,” said Robert Faletra, Executive Chairman of The Channel Company. “CRN’s Partner Program Guide and 5-Star ratings help them narrow the field and find the best fit, identifying the most rewarding partner programs and providing crucial insight into their strengths and benefits. We are pleased to present our 2018 PPG list, recognizing the strongest and most successful partner programs in the channel today.”
