As the Director of Recruitment and Employment at Thycotic, I constantly scour our Glassdoor reviews for input on this topic. I want to understand what makes our employees happy and why other people should want to work with us. With a Glassdoor rating of 4.9 and a 97% CEO approval rating, we must be doing something right. Those numbers are pretty impressive compared to many other organizations.

People work here because they truly love what they do and they enjoy the company of the people they work with on a daily basis. Everyone, and I mean everyone, is very approachable and willing to pitch-in and work hard. It is refreshing to come to work every day knowing that I am surrounded by smart, supportive, and genuinely good people who share common goals and objectives.
Everyone always says “communication is key.” However, some companies just can’t get it right. Here at Thycotic, we live and breathe that motto. Our teams are very collaborative and transparent—both internally with each other and externally with other departments. Opinions are encouraged and valued across the organization. Over half of our employees are either US Remote employees or International employees. We get it—not everyone can be in the same exact location at the same time, but that doesn’t stop us. Our remote employees feel just as connected as those in the office.

Our development team works hard to produce their best work every day, which in turn helps the other teams to either sell or support the products. We are growing fast, and I mean FAST! To maintain that rapid growth, we have to be agile and unrelenting.
